Car Park Competitors may use the main car park and an overflow car park is available. The Scottish Golf Union and Drumpellier Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for any damage to cars.
Catering Coffee and morning rolls will be available from 7.00am. Snacks and lunch will be available later in the day, evening meals will also be available. All catering is at competitors own expense.
Clubhouse The clubhouse will be open at 6.30am on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd and at 7.00am on Thursday 24th May. Competitors, their families and guests are permitted the use of the clubhouse facilities.
Casual wear is acceptable but must be smart. Shorts are permitted if tailored. THE WEARING OF JEANS, DENIM TROUSERS, SLEEVELESS OR COLLARLESS SHIRTS AND TRAINING SHOES IS NOT PERMITTED.
MOBILE PHONES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CLUBHOUSE AND COURSE.
Changing facilities and showers are available in the Visitors Locker Room, towels will be provided by the club.
Trolleys and Yardage Books Trolleys are available for hire and yardage books available for purchase from the Club Shop. These will be issued on a first come first served basis.
Course and Play Competitors will play one round on Tuesday 22nd and one round on Wednesday 23rd May. The top 40 qualifiers and those tying on 40th place will play one final round on Thursday 24th May. The draw for Thursday will be made as soon as possible after close of play on Wednesday.
Competitors must report to the Championship Office at least 30 minutes prior to their starting time. Starting times are shown in the official draw sheet.
Each competitor will be issued with a copy of the local rules, pin positions, pace of play guidelines when registering at the Championship Office.
COMPETITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICIAL STARTER AT THE FIRST TEE 5 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ARE DUE TO PLAY. Competitors are reminded that late arrival at the first tee will result in disqualification as no provision is made under Rule 6-3.
Insurance Your entry fee includes cover in respect of legal liability in the event of them causing injury to another person or damage to a third party property. An excess of £15 will apply.
Practice Drumpellier GC has kindly granted courtesy of the course for one practice round on Monday 21st May. All bookings for practice times must be made in advance by telephoning Drumpellier GC on (01236) 424139. Practice out with Monday 21st May is at the discretion of the club.
General Practice Conditions Competitors must report to the Professional shop prior to starting their round. Other than in accordance with the Rules of Golf, a competitor in a practice round must not have more than one ball in play.
Practice Facilities The club have a practice ground and short game area by the 17th hole. In addition there is also a practice putting green. Players must provide their own practice balls.
Presentation The Championship trophy and medals will be presented at the close of play on Thursday 24th May. All medal winners are expected to be present.

From the East Travelling west bound from Edinburgh take the M8 continuing straight ahead onto A8, exit to the left onto slip road, turning right onto A752 Roseneath Drive. At the roundabout, take the first exit and turn left into the A752 McKinlay Crescent, At the roundabout, take the third exit onto A89. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto A89, turn left onto Drumpellier Avenue, turn left onto Golfview Drive, before turning left onto Drumpellier Avenue
